Neptune Research Data Warehouse and Health Record Research Request (R3) are RIO data and policy resources serving hundreds of large and small research projects across discrete data, text, imaging, and limited -omics. The Research Informatics Office ( ) is responsible for UPMC's clinical data extraction, transformation, honest brokering, and provisioning for research.
